Shawn Morgan of Henagar, Alabama, won the BFL Choo Choo Division finale at Lake Guntersville with 10 bass weighing 45 pounds, 14 ounces over two days, according to Major League Fishing’s September 21 report.
Morgan earned $6,000 for the win. He described spending most of the tournament in an upriver area above the B.B. Comer bridge, following bait and targeting the bass beneath it in 10 to 17 feet of water.
